It is situated in Nadappanahalli Village near KR Nagar in Mysuru District, Karnataka, India. Residential meditation courses are held here throughout the year. Dhamma Vana is managed by VIMC-Dhamma Vana, a registered charitable trust.
The Centre is surrounded by the paddy fields and is near the river Cauvery. This beautiful, pristine eight and half acres property is situated about 25 kms from KR Nagar, 65 kms from Mysuru and about 220 kms from Bengaluru, the capital of Karnataka.
The Centre has presently a Dhamma Hall (with a capacity of 40 meditators), 11 male and 10 female meditator residences. Teacher residences, Dhamma server residences, Dining Hall and staff residential quarters are under construction.
