By Bus from (Mysuru):

Buses from Mysuru to Dhamma Vana

The Bus towards Somawarpet departs at 6:30 am from suburban bus stand, Mysuru. Other boarding points are Ramaswamy circle (6:45 am) and Hinkal flyover (7:00 am)
The Bus towards Rudrapatna departs at 1:00 pm from suburban bus stand, Mysuru. Other boarding points are Ramaswamy circle (1:15 pm) and Hinkal flyover (2:00 pm) The journey duration is around 1 Hrs. 45 Minutes

Buses from Mysuru to KR Nagar

Direct buses to the center are limited. One can take a bus to Krishnarajanagara (K.R.Nagar)
The Buses to K.R. Nagar can be boarded at the suburban bus stand, Ramaswamy Circle, Metropole Circle and Hinkal Flyover from Mysuru

Buses from KR Nagar to Dhamma Vana

Then take any bus from K.R. Nagar to Nadappanahalli gate going towards Nadappanahalli or Kolur and get down at Nadappanahalli gate
Then walk along the main road. The centre is about 600m from the Nadappanahalli gate stop
Please do not go to the Nadappanahalli village bus stop since it is 1 km away from Nadappanahalli gate.

KSRTC Bus Timings from K R Nagar to Nadappanahalli gate: 6.45 AM , 7.30 AM, 8 AM, 10 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, 2.15 pm, 4 pm( last bus).
If you board a bus from K.R Nagar to Kittur/Hadya cross, Get down at Kittur/Hadya cross and hire an autorickshaw to reach Dhamma Vana (Kittur to Dhamma Vana is about 6km).
Bus timing from K R Nagar to Hadya/Kittur: 6.30 am – 7.30 pm(last bus) Buses are available every 30 mins in the mornings and once in every hour after 11 am.

By Car (from Mysuru)

From Mysuru (~62km): (1 Hrs. 30 Min)

Take Mangalore Mysore Highway (Hunsur Road
Turn right on to Gomatagiri road after traaveling about ~14km. Continue on Sagarkatte Bridge and turn left at Chunchunakatte (Basava Circle) towards Hanasoge road.
Dhamma Vana is located on the right side after you cross Dammanahalli Gate.
